U.S. exempted BP rig from environmental study 

How many millions were spent by BP lobbyists to get the "Rubber Stamp"? It's like buying an insurance policy to cover blame when it all blows up! I mean hey, they didn't do anything wrong, did they? They bought their exemption legal like, fair and square. Now they can point the finger back at the government and blame them for not regulating them properly!  Politicians in every restroom around the country are scrambling to wash the oil off their hands and BP is just getting started calling in the markers! It remains to be seen whether this disaster is thoroughly investigated or enough money is spent on smoke and mirrors to cover a lot of crude people with their asses stuck in the oil barrels! If I was a TP salesman I would be heading for the gulf with truckloads of Charmin!
