1500 lbs/hr @ 6.79 pounds per gallon = 10185 gallons x 10 hours round trip Anchorage/LA = 101850 Gallons @ $3.00 per/gal or approximately $305,550.00 in fuel cost just for the Lear 60 Jet ride. This is a highly conservative estimate due to fluctuations in Jet A prices.
